Scheduling was easy and Fin was articulate and easy to work with. They were able to get me in within a week. There was a $75 trip charge for Woodland Park, but they also had a Veterans discount of 10% so that helped offset some of the trip charge. The tech, Luis, was good and explained the process. There were some additional products he suggested, but didn’t add those. Luis, was fast but thorough. He answered all my questions, he cleaned up after himself and the carpets look great! Payment was easy and Luis took my credit card at the house. An invoice was emailed few days later.

When I made the appointment I was given an estimate, but warned about potential additional charges. Before any work was done, the total cost was run past me. Invoice emailed to me without me having to ask for a copy. They were very communicative and very happy with the service. I have used them in the past and will continue to use ONLY them.
