I highly recommend HydroClean! This is my second time around using HydroClean. The first time was earlier this year when my pets decided to lose their mind on my carpet right before family came over for 2 weeks during July 4th. Hydroclean came out, used their black light to check for all spots and fully cleaned two rooms and spot cleaned the rest - giving me peace of mind. The second time was last week. We just bought a new house. Upon taking possession - it really smelled bad. I called them on a Friday just after hours and their after hours people answered. I let them know - it was not an emergency. I was called on Monday and the very next day - Tuesday Oct, 22nd - they came out at 11am and cleaned both carpet and tile in our sunroom. It made all the difference to us. Both times - both of their service men were absolutely wonderful, thoughtful and kind. They listened to our needs, checked places I didn't even think of, and did such a good job I only had to have them out once. HydroClean is wonderful. They are my only go-to for clean floors! Thank you!

Hydro Clean was great from the beginning. They reached out within minutes of me submitting a request for an estimate and were able to schedule me quickly. Luis was great on the day of service, he was prompt and there right when he said he'd be. He walked me through everything and asked several times if I had any questions. He completed the job very quickly and updated me when he was done. He even locked up for me so I could leave which was a huge help since I had a new baby and didn't want to be stuck in an empty apartment taking care of him. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them if asked!
